The award winning licensed 'Marshmallow Restaurant and Tea Rooms' which can be found in Moreton in Marsh - the gateway to the Cotswolds. Alan Cutler and Sally Ann, the proprietors, took over the Marshmallow in 2006, and were awarded the Tea Guild of Excellence in 2008- only awarded annually to the TOP 40 Guild Members in the whole of the UK.

Chef, Alan Cutler has more than 20 years experience in the
catering business, having previously worked at a top rated local
north Cotswolds hotel . As well as cooking
for local Cotswolds clientele & visitors, Alan has had the honour of
supervising and preparing for Her Majesty Queen during a Royal
Tour of India. Partner Sally Ann, provides a very warm
welcome along with her team.
